Corporate Structure

The corporate structure of the company consists of the Board, Management
and other staff and experts.

Leading Edge Resources  Ltd. is governed by a Board of Directors, led by the President, who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Board includes two Vice-Presidents. All Board members are shareholders in the company, with the Executive President elected by shareholders for a two-year term. The Company Secretary acts as the secretary to the Board.

The day-to-day management of the company is overseen by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), supported by two directors. The CEO and the two directors manage the following departments:

• Water and Sanitation Department (WSD)
• Policy Department (PIDD)
• Energy Department

The Administrative Officer oversees the management of the office functions including accounting, human resources and logistics.
