Felix M. Ngamlagosi, a seasoned consultant and founding shareholder of Leading-Edge Resources Ltd, brings over 30 years of expertise in the Energy (Electricity, Petroleum, and Natural Gas) and Water and Sanitation sectors. A seasoned economist and holding a Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy and International Relations, he has held senior positions in the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, and Ministry of Energy.  Felix has served as the founding Director of Regulatory Economics and later as Director General of the Water and Energy Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA). As a Certified Regulation Specialist Felix has played a transformative role in shaping regulatory frameworks, driving sector reforms, and introducing innovative pricing models and competitive mechanisms to ensure sustainable service delivery. His extensive contributions to policy formulation, sector restructuring, and institutional excellence have established him as a trusted advisor, advancing sustainable development across Africa and beyond.
